William "Billy" Brackett

William “Billy” Brackett, age 64, of Upton, passed away, Thursday, December 1, 2022, at his residence.

He was an employee of E-Town Electric Service and a member of Oak Hill Baptist Church.

Billy was preceded in death by his parents, Charles Norman and Mary Lettie Brooks Brackett.

He is survived by his wife, April Priddy Brackett; a son, Justin Brackett of Upton; two step-sons, James (Megan) Priddy of Jonesville and Sean Priddy of Mt. Sherman; a step-daughter Kayla Priddy of Upton; five grandchildren, Blake, Danielle, Wyatt, Cammy and Emma and his brother, Ruel (Teresa) Brackett of Upton.

Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Monday, December 5, at Dixon-Rogers Funeral Home in Magnolia, Pastor Mitch Whidden officiating. Burial will follow in the Oak Hill Cemetery.

Visitation will be 1 to 6 p.m. Sunday and after 9 a.m. Monday at the funeral home.
