Norma Reed

Norma Reed, age 90, of Hodgenville, passed away, Monday, January 17, 2022, at the Kensington Center in Elizabethtown.

She was a homemaker and a member of Hodgenville Pentecostal Church. She loved to color and enjoyed gardening and caring for her flowers when she was able.

Norma was preceded in death by her husband, George Thomas Reed, a daughter, Wanda Jean Reed and her parents, Fred and Annie Kemper Ashcraft.

She is survived by a daughter, Bonnie Williams of Hodgenville; two sons, Wayne “Hank” (Debbie) Reed of Elizabethtown and Troy (Debbie) Reed of Hodgenville; three grandchildren, Melissa (Junior) Tungate, Michael (Amy) Williams and Evan (Danna) Reed; seven great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild; two sisters, Barbara Brasfield of Indiana and Joyce Ann Jones of Turners Station.

Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday, January 19, at Hodgenville Pentecostal Church with Bro. James Suits, Bro. David Webb and Bro. Doug Webb officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Visitation will be 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Bennett-Bertram Funeral Home and after 9 a.m. Wednesday at the church.
