Mark A. “Pooh” Hatcher, age 59, of Buffalo, passed away, Wednesday, May 4, 2022, at Baptist Health Hardin in Elizabethtown.
He was a member of Buffalo Baptist Church, retired from LaRue County Water District #1 and a former employee of C.A.T.S.
Pooh was preceded in death by his wife, Theresa DeSpain Hatcher; his parents, Herbert and Laura Ellen Raymer Hatcher Sr; three sisters, Carolyn Hatcher, Angela Hatcher and Charlotte Barber and three brothers, Bobby, Herbie and Jimmy Hatcher.
He is survived by a son, Christopher Hatcher of Buffalo; a step-son, Denver (Megan) Elliott of Buffalo; two step-granddaughters, Lily and Dalayna Elliott; four sisters, Shelia Shelton of Buffalo, Fran Hatcher of Hodgenville, Bonnie (Wayne) White of Colorado and Ollie (Joe) Harris of North Carolina and six brothers, David (Ritha) Hatcher, Gary (Daphene) Hatcher all of Shepherdsville, Steve Hatcher of Buffalo, Tommy (Kim) Hatcher of Elizabethtown, Barry Hatcher of Howardstown and Timmy (Tammy) Hatcher of Buffalo.
Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Tuesday, May 10, at Bennett-Bertram Funeral Home in Hodgenville with Bro. Trent Evans officiating. Burial will follow in the Buffalo Cemetery.
Visitation will be 2 to 8 p.m. Monday and after 9 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
