Obituary
Linda Mae Burd, age 76, of Hodgenville, passed away Friday, February 17, 2023, at University of Louisville Hospital.
She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Sally Erma Underwood Marr and a sister, Vickie Tucker.
Linda is survived by her husband of almost 44 years, Pat Burd; a daughter, Jenee (Aaron) Butterworth of Buffalo; two sons, Kelly (Maggie) Burd of Georgetown and Marty Jewell of Hodgenville; two sisters, Charlotte Hefley of Hodgenville and Janie (Tommy) McCubbins of Greensburg; three grandchildren, Kaden Burd, Patrick Butterworth and Olivia Burd, as well as a special friend Shannon Judd and a host of other family and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, February 22, at Bennett-Bertram Funeral Home in Hodgenville with Michael Willingham officiating.burial will follow in Red Hill Cemetery
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday and after 9 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
