James Earl Wise Obituary

James Earl Wise, age 78 years, of Hodgenville, passed away, Wednesday, April 29, 2020, at Sunrise Manor Nursing Home in Hodgenville.

He was preceded in death by his parents, George Young and Mary Wise; four sisters, Myrtle Wise, Mattie Thompson, Ada Warren and Audrey Jean Drumm and two brothers, Robert Wise and Buster Wise.

He is survived by his nephews and caretakers; Tommy (Charlene) Thompson and Johnny (Michelle) Thompson and several other nieces, nephews and friends.

In accordance with the governor’s mandate, private graveside services will be held Friday, May 1, 2020 at Pleasant Grove Cemetery with Rev. Billy Curle officiating.
