Obituary

Hazel May Johnson, age 81, of Hodgenville, passed away Sunday, November 20, 2022, at Indian Creek Healthcare in Corydon, IN.

 

She was baptized at Otter Creek Separate Baptist Church and attended Barren Run Baptist Church.  A straightforward woman with a big heart, she loved her little poodle dogs.

 

She was preceded in death by a son, Michael Stillwell; her parents, Malcom Lee and Laurie Carter Cundiff; four sisters, Darlene Warren, Katherne Perkins, Nova Oakes, Dixie Calhoun and two brothers, John Cundiff and Gene Cundiff.

 

Hazel is survived by her sons, Robert (Lisa) Stillwell and Phillip (Sherry) Stillwell, all of Hodgenville; a brother, Junior (Linda) Cundiff of Campbellsville; three grandchildren, Tyler (Jessica) Stillwell, Nikki Wilson and Heather Sallee; a special niece, Vicky Grimes and a special friend, Alta Florence.

 

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, November 22, at Bennett-Bertram Funeral Home in Hodgenville with Bro. Ronnie Ramsey officiating.  Burial will follow in Pleasant Ridge Church Cemetery.

 

Visitation begins at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
