Bro. Odell Warren, age 76, was born on September 22, 1941 in Green County and passed away Monday, March 12, 2018, at his residence in Mt. Sherman.
He was a member and former pastor of New Bethlehem Baptist Church and former pastor of Mt. Sherman Mission Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Henry Dewey “Jake” and Carrie Thompson Warren; a sister, Lillian Milby; two brothers, Rudolph and James “Jimmer Jake” Warren and a son-in-law, James Wilhoit.
Bro. Odell is survived by his wife, Wanda Sue Bailey Warren; a daughter, Connie Sue Wilhoit of Campbellsville; a son, Mark (Kathy) Warren of Mt. Sherman; a sister, Dorothy Ward of Hodgenville; seven grandchildren, Jeremy Wilhoit, Jessica (Jeremy) Lotter, Stephanie (Craig) Williamson, Ashley Wilhoit, David Wilhoit, Taylor Warren and Kari Warren; five great-grandchildren and his faithful companion, Titus.
Funeral services will be held at 2 PM (ET), Thursday, March 15, 2018, at Dixon-Rogers Funeral Home in Magnolia with Bro. Dale Warren officiating. Burial will follow in the Pleasant Ridge Church Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 PM (ET), Wednesday and after 10 AM (ET) Thursday at the funeral home.
