Judy Kay Cooper, age 65, of Hodgenville, passed away, Sunday, February 3, 2019, at the Hardin Memorial Hospital in Elizabethtown.
She was a former employee of Nationwide Uniform Company after 45 years of service.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Elmer Lee “Dick” and Nancy Katherine Logston Rucker and two brothers, Ronnie and Jerry Rucker.
She is survived by her husband, Gary L. Cooper; three sons, Jason (Gayle) Cooper and Jeremy (Karen) Cooper all of Hodgenville and Cory (Jessie) Cooper of Bowling Green; four sisters, Diane Thompson, Linda (Frog) Skaggs, Janet (Alvin) Skaggs all of Hodgenville and Nancy (Charles) Gardner of Mt. Sherman; three brothers, Dennis (Virginia) Rucker of Gleanings, Dale (Teresa) Rucker of Hodgenville and Barry (Kim) Rucker of Sonora and three grandchildren, Zachary, Chase and Dalton.
Funeral services will be held at 2:30 PM, Thursday, February 7, 2019, at Bennett-Bertram Funeral Home with Rev. Dewey Keys, Jr. officiating. Burial will follow in the Friendship No. 2 Church Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 2 to 8 PM, Wednesday and after 9 AM, Thursday at the funeral home.
