Garland Randall Skaggs, age 70, of Campbellsville, passed away, Friday, October 5, 2018, at University of Louisville Hospital.
He served as a Staff Sargent for the United States Air Force during the Vietnam War, a retired photo lab supervisor at Fort Knox, former employee for Lowe’s in Elizabethtown and Taylor County High School and a member of Levelwoods United Methodist Church.
Randall was preceded in death by his parents, Lonnie and Hallie Skaggs; three brother, Herbert, Verner and Harry Skaggs and a special uncle Ralph Skaggs.
He is survived by his wife, Wanda Brewer Skaggs; three daughters, Yvonne (John) Fay of Hodgenville, Yvette (Danny) Martin of Cox’s Creek and Tracey (Tyler) Phillips of Campbellsville; six grandchildren, John Dalton Fay, Chazilyn Milby, Mason Garland Fay, China Hallie Martin, Nova Deanna Fay and Patrick Jonah Martin; two sisters, Thelma Jean Nelson of Buffalo and Lorene (Darrell) Davidson of Spring Hill Tennessee.
Funeral services will be 11 AM Monday, October 8, 2018, at Bennett-Bertram Funeral Home in Hodgenville, Bro Gary Chesser officiating. Burial will follow in Levelwoods Cemetery, 2195 Levelwoods Road, Campbellsville.
Visitation will be 4 to 8 PM Sunday, October 7, 2018, at the funeral home.
